Recipe - Creole Beef Marinade (For Beef Steaks And Roasts)

Ingredients:

1 pound Smoked sausage; cut into 1"
slices (up to 2)
3 cn (15 oz) black beans; drained
1 One half cup Onions; chopped
1 One half cup Green pepper; chopped
1 One half cup Celery; chopped
3 Cloves garlic; minced
2 teaspoon Leaf thyme
1 One half teaspoon Leaf oregano
1 One half teaspoon White pepper
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 Chicken bouillon cube
5 Bay leaves
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
1 cup Water
Hot boiled rice

Brown sausage in a skillet over med. heat. Drain fat and transfer to
crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low
8 hrs. or on high 4 hrs. Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked rice. Serves
6 to 8.
