Recipe - Creme De Menthe Cheesecake Squares

2 One fourth cup Flour
3 tablespoon Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Mint chocolate chips
1 cup Butter
Three fourths cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
3 tablespoon Creme de Menthe

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and liqueur. Blend in dry ingredients.
Stir in chips. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 minutes or until done. Makes 67
dozen.

I've found that if the cookies are underdone they don't turn out all that
good.
