Recipe - Creanberry Salad

2 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
2 One half tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
One half cup Cold water
4 cup Raw cranberries; ground
1 md Orange with rind;
ground
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Chopped nuts
Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been
soaked in One half cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other
ingredients; pour into an 8cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
