Recipe - Creamy Turnip Rutabaga And Potato Soup

4 md Sweet potatoes; minced
2 md Red potatoes; minced
1 lg Onion; minced
4 md Carrots; minced
6 Cloves garlic; minced
Salt; to taste
Fresh ground pepper; to
taste
49 One half ounce Chicken stock
8 ounce Velveeta cheese
One half cup Cream
In a 5 quart crockpot, combine potatoes, onion, carrots, garlic, salt,
pepper and stock. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours. During the last 10 minutes of
cooking time, stir in velveeta until melted, stir in cream and turn off
crockpot. Cover and let sit until serving time. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
