POPIEL PASTA MACHINE RECIPE
6 Roma tomatoes 4 tablespoon Fresh basil; chopped One half teaspoon Garlic; minced 3 tb
Cream Salt Pepper One fourth cup Parmesan cheese Parsley; minced, for garnish Roma
tomatoes; chopped, for ~ garnish
Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with
garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshlycooked fresh
pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped
tomatoes.
