Recipe - Creamy Tofu Dressing

1 cup Firm tofu; (bean curd)
cut or sliced up
1 lg Garlic clove; minced
2 tablespoon Lowsodium soy sauce;
1 Lemon; juice with plup
One fourth teaspoon Dried leaf oregano;
One fourth teaspoon Dried leaf marjoram;
3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar;
3 Green onions; chopped
One fourth cup Water; about
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the
metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as
needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth. Makes 2
