24 lg Mushrooms
4 ounce Cream cheese; softened
(125g)
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Green onions; finely chopped
24 Single mushroom stems;
chopped
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Dillweed
1/16 teaspoon Garlic powder
1. Gently twist stems from mushrooms and reserve.
2. In small bowl, mash together cream cheese and parmesan using fork. Add
remaining ingredients (except caps). Stuff caps and broil on ungreased
baking sheet until golden brown. Serve hot.
