3 cup Sliced fresh strawberries
Three fourths cup Nosugaradded allfruit
strawberry spread
6 tablespoon Lowfat sour cream
6 tablespoon Reducedcalorie frozen
whipped topping, thawed
3 cup Strawberry lowfat frozen
yogurt
Combine first 2 ingredients; stir well, and set aside.
Combine sour cream and whipped topping; stir well, and set aside.
Spoon One fourth cup frozen yogurt into each of 6 (8ounce) parfait glasses; top
each with One fourth cup strawberry mixture and about 1 tablespoon sour cream
mixture. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients; serve immediately.
Yield: 6 servings.
Per serving: 279 Calories; 7g Fat (20% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 53g
Carbohydrate; 23mg Cholesterol; 86mg Sodium
