Recipe - Creamy Spinach Bake

2 cup Cooked & drained spinach
Or frozen
One half cup Sour cream
One half Envelope dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoon Butter melted
One fourth cup Dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese

Cook & drain the spinach ( or use frozen). Combine spinach w/ sour cream &
dry soup mix. Pour into a small greased casserole dish. Combine melted
butter w/ bread crumbs ( I use more bread crumbs, One half to 1 cup). Sprinkle
over the top. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake in a 325 degree oven for
3035 minutes. Serve hot.
