Recipe - Creamy Prune Ambrosia

1 pack Vanilla pudding mix
1 One half cup Milk
One half cup Whipping cream
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Prunes, pitted
1 cup Orange, sections
One fourth cup Coconut flakes
Prepare pudding mix as package directs, reducing milk to 1 One half cups. Cover
and cool. Beat cream with vanilla to soft peaks; fold into cooled pudding.
Cut prunes into halves or large pieces. Layer pudding, prunes, oranges and
coconut onto serving dishes.
