Recipe - Creamy Pesto Sauce

1 pack MoriNu silken soft tofu;
drained (10.5 oz)
1 cup Parsley; stems removed
2 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast "parmesan"
1 ounce Fresh basil
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper; ground
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on high
approximately 30 seconds.
Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
Serving size=2 tbsp
