Recipe - Creamy Peach Pie

1 9inch single unbaked pie
shell
4 cup Fresh peeled and cut or sliced up
peaches
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth cup Flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg
1 cup Whipping cream

Prepare shell and peaches. Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add to
the peaches and toss lightly. Turn into pie shell. Pour whipping cream
evenly over top. Bake in a preheated 400degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes
or until firm and golden brown on top. Chill for several hours before
serving. Makes 8 servings.
