Recipe - Creamy Pasta Salad

One fourth cup Eggless Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 cup Cooked noodles
(elbow, rotini, or
small shells)
4 Green onions; chopped
6 ounce Jar artichoke hearts
drained and cut or sliced up
1 One half tablespoon Fresh or dried basil
One half teaspoon Salt
Stir the eggless mayonnaise and lemon juice into the noodles. Add the green
onions, artichoke hearts, basil, and salt and mix well. If the salad is too
dry, add more mayonnaise and/or lemon juice.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
