Recipe - Creamy New Potatoes

4 pound New potatoes; unpeeled and
quartered
4 md Onions; cut or sliced up
3 Cloves garlic; crushed
One half pound Butter
Three fourths cup Sour cream
4 ounce Cream cheese; softened
1 (up to)
1 One half ounce Finely crumbled Bleu cheese
1 tablespoon Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Dill weed
Salt to taste
Cook potatoes, onions and garlic in boiling water until potatoes are
tender. Drain thoroughly. Add rest of the ingredients and beat until
creamy. Yield:
16 servings.
