Recipe - Creamy Macaroon Indulgence

1 One half cup Cold milk
1 cup (One half pint) sour cream
2 tablespoon Almond liqueur (see note)
1 pack (4serving size) JellO
instant pudding and pie
filling; any flavor
One half cup Crumbled macaroon cookies
MIX together milk, sour cream and liqueur in small bowl until smooth. Add
pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon
One half of the pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes.
SPRINKLE crumbled macaroons evenly over pudding. Top with remaining
pudding. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with additional cookies, if
desired.
NOTE: One fourth teaspoon almond extract may be substituted for the almond
liqueur.
