2 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Minced green onion
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and white pepper to
taste
For a creamy dressing for green winter salads, try this: In a jar with lid,
combine the ingredients and shake well to blend. Makes about onehalf cup.
