Recipe - Creamy Lemon Bars

Crust:
4 cup Vanilla wafer cookies
1/3 cup Pecans finely chopped
1/3 cup Butter or margarine
Melted
1 tablespoon Sugar
Filling:
16 ounce Cream cheese softened
One fourth cup Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 Lemon
Preheat oven to 350. Using Food Chopper, finely chop wafers and pecans.
Reserve One half cup. In Batter Bowl combine chopped wafers, nuts and melted
butter. Press onto bottom of 9"x13" Baker. In Batter Bowl combine cream
cheese, sugar and egg. Using Lem on Zester/Scorer, zest 1 tbsp lemon peel.
Using Lemon Aid, squeeze 3 tbsp of lemon juice; add peel and juice to cream
cheese. Cream mixture until smooth using Bamboo Spoon. Using Super
Scraper, spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved One half cup choppe d wafers.
Bake 2025 minutes or until set. Cool.
