Recipe - Creamy Ham And Fettuccine

Ingredients:

1 pack Refrigerated fettuccine; (9
ounces)
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 md Green onions; cut or sliced up (1/4
cup)
6 ounce Thinly cut or sliced up fully cooked
ham; cut in 1/4" strips
1 cup Frozen green peas
1/3 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
One fourth cup Ranch dressing
2 tablespoon Milk

1. Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package. 2. Heat oil in 12inch
skillet over high heat. Add onions; stirfry 1 minute. Add ham and peas;
stirfry 1 to 2 minutes or until hot; reduce heat to low 3. Stir in yogurt,
dressing and milk. Add fettuccine. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring
constantly, until hot.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes; Cook Time: 6 Minutes

Success Tip: Stirfry dishes cook quickly, so be sure to start the
fettuccine before beginning to stirfry.

Health Twist: For 9 grams of fat and 330 calories per serving, spray the
skillet with cooking spray instead of using oil, use Canadianstyle bacon
instead of the ham and use reducedfat ranch dressing and skim milk.
