Ingredients:

FF Butter Cookie Recipe

Beat 1 tsp. ground ginger into dough. Roll out 1/8" thick; cut out
using 2" round cutter. Bake 10 minutes. In small bowl beat one 8 oz
pack softened cream cheese & 2 Tbls. confectioners' sugar & 2 Tbls.
chopped candied ginger until smooth; use to sandwich cookies. Dip
sandwiches into melted chocolate to coat halfway; sprinkle with
additional finely chopped candied ginger.
