Recipe - Creamy Fudge Frosting

2 cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Cocoa
1/3 cup White corn syrup
One half cup Milk
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Salt

Combine in saucepan the sugar, cocoa, corn syrup & milk. Bring to a hard
boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool 15
minutes. Add butter & vanilla. (Be sure your timing is accurate.) Beat
until the right consistency for spreading. Makes enough for two 8 or
9inch layer cakes or 2 dozen cupcakes.
