Recipe - Creamy Eggnog Fruit Dip

2 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 cup Eggnog
Nutmeg
Recipe by: Pillsbury Classic Cookbooks, Holiday XI
In a small saucepan, combine marshmallows and eggnog. Cook over low
heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring occasionally. Cover;
refrigerate until cold. Stir before serving; spoon into serving bowl.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 1 One fourth cups.
Microwave directions: Combine marshmallows and eggnog in a medium
microwavesafe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 One half minutes until
marshmallows are almost melted and mixture is hot, stirring once halfway
through cooking time. Whisk until marshmallows have completely melted.
Continue as directed.
Nutrition Analysis (per tablespoon): 30 calories, 1g protein, 5g
carbohydrate, 1g fat, 8mg cholesterol,
