Recipe - Creamy Dill And Garlic Dressing

1 One half pound New potatoes
Three fourths cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/3 cup Celery, cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon Fresh tarragon
leaves/chopped or One half tsp
dried
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
3 dr Red pepper sauce
Heat 1" water (salted if desired) to boiling in 3 qt saucepan. Add
potatoes. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 2025 minutes or
until tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Drain
potatoes; cool slightly. Peel potatoes if desired. Cut potatoes into 1/4"
slices. Stir gently into salad dressing mixture. Cover and refrigerate
about 4 hours or until chilled.
