Recipe - Creamy Dill Dressing And Dip

Ingredients:

One half cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
One fourth cup Buttermilk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth cup Chopped scallions
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar; or white
One half teaspoon Dried dill
One half teaspoon Dijon mustard

Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Taste. You
can add more mustard if you want. Chill.

Makes 1 cup.

Serve with cutup veggies.
