Recipe - Creamy Cucumber Dressing

1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
One half md Cucumber, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Freshsqueezed lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, minced very
Fine
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Ground white pepper

Blend ingredients together in a jar and store in the refrigerator. Use
generously with falafel as well as with fresh green salads.
