Recipe - Creamy Cole Slaw - Lacto

1 small Cabbage, Head, Finely Shred
1 small Carrot, Shredded
One half cup Green Pepper, Diced
One fourth cup Red Onion, Diced
One half cup Nonfat Mayonnaise
One half cup Nonfat Sour Cream
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
One half teaspoon Paprika
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
True to fashion, this attractive coleslaw is better the second day.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, pepper, and onion; toss well.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; stir well. Pour dressing
over vegetables; toss gently. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Makes 6 servings. Lacto
