Recipe - Creamy Chocolate Pie

One half cup Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 cn (14 ounce) chocolate
sweetened condensed milk
3 Egg yolks; slightl beaten
2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pack (6 ounce) graham cracker
crumb pie crust
Whipped topping or whipping
cream
Stir together water and cornstarch. In saucepan, combine sweetened
condensedm ilk and egg yolks; stir in cornstarch mixture. Cook over
MediumLow heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly, about 1215
minutes. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Spoon into pie
crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with whipped topping or whipped
