Recipe - Creamy Chilled Cheesecake

1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
One fourth cup Margarine, Melted
One fourth cup Cold Water
One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Lemon Juice
Strawberry Halves
One fourth cup Sugar
1 Env. Unflavored Gelatin
8 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened
Three fourths cup Milk
1 cup Shipping Cream, Whipped
Combine Crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9inch spring
form pan.
Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat untl dissolved. Combine cream
cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well
blended. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream. Pour over
crust; chill until firm. Top with strawberries before serving.
