Recipe - Creamy Chili Con Queso Dip

8 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 cn (12oz) chopped green
chiles; drained
3 cup Sour cream
8 ounce Mild cheddar cheese; grated
8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese; grated

Preheat oven to 375. Layer 1/3 sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream,
mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8inch baking dish. Repeat
layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about
30 minutes). Serve hot.
