5 cup Broccoli florets; cut or sliced up (1
bunch)
4 cup Cauliflower florets; cut or sliced up ,
1 small head
1 small Red onion; thinly cut or sliced up
1 cup Light mayonnaise
1 cup Light sour cream
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 tablespoon White vinegar
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
This terrific winter salad is adapted from the bestseller Fare for Friends
(Key Porter Books). It's a pleasant change from the usual tossed salads.
In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Stir together
mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire
sauce; pour over vegetables and toss. (Salad can be covered and
refrigerated for up to 2 hours.)
Makes about 8 servings.
