Recipe - Creamy Cauliflower-Pea Medley

One half cup Water
10 ounce Frozen cauliflower; (1
package)
10 ounce Frozen green peas; (1
package)
1 cup Peeled minced cucumber
3 tablespoon Reducedcalorie ranch
dressing
2 tablespoon Nonfat sour cream
alternative
One fourth teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook
5 minutes; drain well.
Combine cauliflower mixture and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
Serving Ideas : Serve warm or chilled.
