Recipe - Creamy Cabbage

7 tablespoon Margarine
7 To 8 cups finely shredded
Chinese or green cabbage
One half cup Light cream or evaporated
skim milk
One half teaspoon Salt
1 pn Pepper
One half teaspoon Prepared mustard; optional
In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium
heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to
cabbage. Cook, uncovered until tender, about 5 minutes.
