Recipe - Creamy Broccoli Casserole

1 One half pound Broccoli or cauliflower or
both
1 cn Mushroom soup
One fourth cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Shredded cheese
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
One fourth cup Butter
1 cup Water
Heat in salted water broccoli andor cauliflower until tender, around 12
minutes. Place in ungreased 1 One half quart casserole dish. Beat soup and milk
until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over. Mix Bisquick and
butter until crumbly. Sprinkle top with mixture. Bake until crumbs are
light brown at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
