Recipe - Creamy Blue Cheese And Onion Dip

8 ounce Sour cream
2 tablespoon Dry onion soup mix
One half cup Blue cheese; crumbled
1 tablespoon Milk
Assorted vegetables

1. Stir together sour cream and soup mix. 2. Add blue cheese and mix well.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If too thick, stir in addtional milk.
4. Serve with assorted vegetables for dippers.

Notes: Yields 1 Three fourths cups
