Recipe - Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

8 ounce Cream cheese
One half cup Mayonnaise
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pressed garlic
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half cup Buttermilk; or regular milk
6 ounce Bleu cheese; broken in 1"
pieces

Process the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the buttermilk through
the chute with the processor running. Add the bleu cheese pieces and
process to desired consistency.

Makes about 2 cups.
