Categories: None, Creamy Blend I
Ingredients:

1 cup Land O Lakes light sour
cream
1 cup 1% lowfat cootage cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla

I've wanted to post this sooner but I had misplaced the cookbook. I have
use these substitutes in the recipes in their cookbook and also other
recipes. They are from the Land O Lakes Eating Right..Eatung Light cookbook
Low fat cooking need not be dry, boring and flavorless. Our secret
ingredient in the moist muffins, creamy salad dressing and great brownies
in this book is an easyto makeand store blend of just three
ingredients.Use Creamy Blend I when a smoother, more fluid mixture is
prefered; use Creamy Blend II when cutting fat is most important.

In 5cup blender container place all ingredients. Cover; blend at high
speed 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of container; blend 1 minute longer or
until smooth. Cover; refrigerate for up to 1 week. Use in dips, spreads,
salad dresings and baked goods. Yield 2 cups.
