Recipe - Creamy Avocado Dressing

1 Avocado
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 Garlic clove
One fourth teaspoon Tabasco sauce
One half teaspoon Salt

* This is easiest to prepare in a food processor, but you can use a
blender.

Fit steel knife in the work bowl of processor. Process all ingredients
until smooth and garlic is chopped into 1/8th inch pieces. This takes only
about 10 seconds.

Yield: About 1One fourth cups dressing.
