1 cup Cold orange juice
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend till mixed. (Add 1 tsp honey to
taste if desired) MAkes one 12 oz. cooler. Per Serving: 193 calories; 4.2
grams of fat; no saturated fat; 124 miligrams vitamin C; 75 micrograms
folate(?????).
