Recipe - Creamette Chicken Salad

1 pack (7oz) Creamettes elbow
macaroni
2 cup Cubed cooked chicken or
turkey (white meat)
2 cup Fresh broccoli flowerets
4 md Oranges; peeled,
sectioned and seeded
1 cup Orange juice
One fourth cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
One half teaspoon Paprika
One fourth cup Toasted cut or sliced up almonds
Prepare Creamettes elbow macaroni as package directs; drain. In large
bowl, combine macaroni, chicken, broccoli and oranges. In small bowl, blend
orange juice, vinegar, ginger and paprika; toss with macaroni mixture.
Cover; chill thoroughly. Stir before serving. Garnish with almonds.
Refrigerate leftovers.
