Recipe - Creamed Chicken With Class

Ingredients:

3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Flour
2 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
2 Green onions; chopped
1 cn Sliced Mushrooms; Drained,
(2 One half ounce)
1 Jar Pimentos; Chopped, (2
One half ounce)
1 cn White chunk chicken; (2 1/2
ounce) minced
1 cup Jack cheese; shredded
1 Avocado; cut or sliced up , for garnish

Place butter in a medium size bowl. Microwave at high (1 00%) until melted,
30 to 45 seconds. Stir in flour. Blend in milk Microwave at medium high
(70%) until slightly thickened, 5 to 6 minutes, stirring twice during
cooking time. Add remaining ingredients, except avocado, mixing well.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until hot and bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve
over toast points. Garnish with avocado. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

NOTE: 1One half cups leftover chicken may be used.
