Ingredients:
Creamed Butter Beans recipe makes 8 Servings
1 pack (1lb.) large lima dry beans
1/3 cup Half and half cream; (1/3 to
2/3)
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Cook dry beans until done. Drain off water. Add sugar, salt and cream to
desired thickness; bring just to boil.
