Recipe - Cream Of Turkey Soup From Hubers

1 Carrot, minced
2 Onions, minced
1 Stalk celery, minced
6 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Flour
3 cup Turkey broth
1 Bay leaf
1 cup Milk, heated
One half cup Turkey meat, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Saute minced vegetables in butter in a large saucepan.
2. Add flour and cook 8 to 10 minutes, being caretul not to brown.
3. Add broth gradually, stirring until slightly thickened and smooth.
4. Add bay leaf, simmer 30 minutes, then remove bay leaf.
5. Add heated milk and minced turkey meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve.
