Recipe - Cream Of Tomato

28 ounce Canned chopped tomatoes
15 ounce Chicken broth
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 pn Baking soda
2 tablespoon Chopped onion.
2 cup Heavy cream
Combine all ingredients (except cream) in pot and simmer for 1 hr. After
simmering is completed heat cream in a double boiler, Just til begins to
boil. Then add to tomato mixture.
This sounds so easy and basic...you will be suprised at the delicious
flavor! It's fantastic on a cold day!
