Recipe - Cream Of Peanut Butter Soup

6 cup Peanut butter
24 cup Milk
6 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
6 tablespoon Chopped onion
Put peanut butter into a bowl and gradually add 6 cups of cold milk to thin
it. Scald the remainder of the milk over hot water, then mix it with the
flour. Add salt and pepper, then combine with the peanut butter and milk
mixture. Add finely chopped onion and stir well. Serve very hot. Yield: 24
servings.
