Recipe - Cream Of Mushroom Pasta

8 ounce Medium shell pasta cooked
4 Fresh mushrooms; chopped
One fourth Onion; chopped
One fourth Bag frozen peas
Fresh minced carrots;
(optional)
1 cn Reduced fat cream of
mushroom soup
Shredded cheddar
This recipe was submitted by Heather
Saute mushrooms and onions in pam w/pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix
sauteed veggies with pasta, cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas in a Pam
sprayed casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar and bake at 450 for 20
30 minutes.....Enjoy!
