Recipe - Cream Soup Substitute

2 cup Powdered skim milk
Three fourths cup Cornstarch
One fourth cup Instant beef bouilion (low
sodium)
2 tablespoon Dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon Dried thyme leaves (crushed)
1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves
Mix powdered milk, cornstarch, beef bouilion, onion flakes, thyme and basil
together. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
To prepare for cooking: Mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1&One half cups water. Cook and
stir until thickened. Use as 1 can of soup. Posted to TNT Prodigy's
