2 cup Instant Non Fat Dry Milk
Powder
Three fourths cup Cornstarch
One fourth cup Chicken Bouillon Granules
Dry
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
One half teaspoon Thyme dry
One half teaspoon Basil dry
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. Yields
3 cups dry mix.
To use: For a Condensed cream soup substitute: Blend 1/3 cup mix and 1
One fourth cups water in a 1 quart pan or microwavesafe container until smooth.
Bring to boil or microwave for 2 One half to 3 minutes. Stir occasionally;
cool. Use as a substitute for one 10 Three fourths can condensed cream of chicken,
celery or mushroom soup. For 1 One half cups soup: blend 1/3 cup mix and 1 1/2
cups water in 1 One half quart pan. Boil for 33 One half minutes. Stir
occasionally.
