Recipe - Cream Cheese And Pumpkin Pie

1 (9inch) unbaked pie shell
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
PUMPKIN FILLING
1 One fourth cup Pumpkin; mashed
One half cup Sugar
1 One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Each: ginger; nutmeg &
ground cloves
1 ds Salt
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 cup Evaporated milk
Combine cream cheese, sugar & vanilla. Add egg, mix well & spread on bottom
of pie shell. Combine pumpkin, sugar & spices. Mix well. Blend in eggs &
milk. Carefully pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 6570 minutes or
until done. Cool before serving.
