Ingredients:
Cream Cheese Rettucceni recipe makes 12 Servings
One half cup Butter
One fourth cup Flour
2 Bar cream cheese
3 cup Milk
One half cup Fresh Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Directions: Melt butter in saucepan and flour and stir till smooth. Add
cream cheese and mix well. Then add milk and cheese, heat well stiring
constantaly.
Notes: I often add brockley, chicken or mushrooms.
