Recipe - Cream Cheese Muffin Puffs

One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth cup Butter or margarine; melted
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
10 ounce Tube refrigerator biscuits
3 ounce Pkg. cream cheese; cut in 10
cubes
In a small bowl, combine the sugar nad cinnamon. In another bowl, combine
the butter and vanilla. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press each into a
3 inch circle. Dip cream cheese cubes in butte and then in cinnamonsugar.
Place one in the center of each biscuit. Fold dough over cube; seal and
shape into balls. Dip balls in butter and then in cinnamonsugar. Place
seam side down in greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 F. for 1418 minutes or
until golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 10 muffins. Submitted by Diane
