Recipe - Cream Cheese Filling

8 ounce Cream cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
4 cup Creamstyle cottage cheese
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
12 Crepes
Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Blend in cottage cheese and vanilla.
Place 3 Tbsp. filling in center of each crepe. Fold opposite sides to
middle to cover filling and fold the other two sides to middle to make a
square package. Place side by side in a shallow baking dish. Heat at 350
for about 15 minutes. Crepes may be kept, filled, in the refrigerator
overnight and baked the next day.
